Over the last years I have sold, donated or repurposed many home furnishings. Of course that doesn't stop me from new finding pieces of furniture at flea markets or tag sales.

Recently I started to refresh a great old solid birch desk with four drawers.

I have sanded and updated it with a nice paint color and new hardware. But I didn't want to end there so I decided to add a little drama.
